NOVOVISION™ uses the industry standard SAS 6.02 protocol for full functionality with all EGM/ETG communication and our constantly growing portfolio of NOVOVISION™ Player Tracking Modules (PTM) includes all major OEM’s most common cabinet types. During the initial evaluation process, we will ask you for a list of machines incl. manufacturer, cabinet and platform for pre-verification. We support older machines as well, but older SAS versions of will only support part of the functionality which we will be able to asses during the SAS testing phase of the pre-installation.

The central infrastructure should be hosted on the customer side. An external data center can be an option if the connection to the casino site is not reliable or the infrastructure of the server room does not allow for server hosting.
